Driver and carrier referrals
The program may accept driver and carrier referrals. To be eligible, a referral must be new to ADSON, accurately represented and submitted through an approved ADSON channel before an existing relationship is established.
Eligibility and 14-day active requirement
Compensation is considered only after the referred driver or carrier meets the applicable eligibility criteria, completes onboarding when required, and remains active for at least 14 consecutive days. Specific compensation and payment timing are confirmed by ADSON in writing.
Fraud prevention
ADSON may reject referrals containing false, misleading, duplicate or fraudulent information. Self-referrals, referrals submitted without permission or attempts to manipulate the program are not eligible.
Program changes and disputes
ADSON may modify, pause or end the program at any time, including eligibility, payment timing and compensation, subject to applicable law. Questions or disputes must be sent to ADSON promptly for good-faith review.
